Just choose files or even folders in "My computer" or Windows Explorer and right-click to convert. You may use one of quick presets to save time or set bitrate manually if you want. There are plenty of extra options, such as sorting of converted files in automatically created folders by artist and album, automatic shutdown of a computer when conversion isdone, bitrate reducing and others.
